Telesales Team Members Wanted
Bright Light Media Ltd is seeking to build a small team of talented telesales people to work from home selling various products and services in the IT industry. If you believe you have what it takes to be successful in telesales then we would love to hear from you. The Opportunity
We are offering you the chance to work from home working flexible hours selling an exciting range of Internet related products and services to both businesses and the general public. Many of our products have little competition and give you the opportunity to earn generous commissions.

The minimum hours you must be able to work each week is 16.

You will be working as a self employed individual or company and you will be invoicing us for money earned. We pay by bank transfer every 2 weeks or monthly if you prefer.

Skills, experience and qualifications needed
Although you don’t need any particular qualifications to apply for this position you do need certain skills and personality traits.  Being able to interact with other people in a friendly and professional manner is a key part of the job – we don’t want robots who read from scripts :-)   Good “people” skills include the ability to discuss our products and services in a way that gains the interest of the potential customer.

The most successful telesales people strike a balance between sales skills and “people” skills, so that they can achieve their objectives without being too overbearing. Strong organisation and simple  computer skills are also required as is self motivation and self discipline.You will also need to  have excellent negotiation skills, patience, persistence, competitiveness,  strong communication skills, and the ability to develop good working relationships. These are valuable skills in many careers, but they are especially beneficial when working in telesales.

Support and Training
We will ensure you are armed with all the information about our products and services so you can call potential customers with confidence. You will also be provided with username and password giving you access to a dedicated training area complete with online videos teaching you about the products and the best way in which to sell them.
Most importantly you will be provided or taught how to obtain plenty of good leads in order for you to succeed and earn a great income working from home.
